Why we built ReechOut

Why does the person closest to the work end up being the last to know when something is going wrong?

The problem we could not ignore

It started with a simple question. Why does a founder or manager, the person closest to the work, end up being the last to know when something is going wrong? Teams grow, the leader can no longer be in every conversation, and the tools meant to help all wait passively for someone to log in and report. Most weeks, they do not. The result is leaders flying blind and the real story of the company sitting unspoken in people's heads.

What we built

ReechOut reaches out to every person on a team each day for a short check-in, and turns those conversations into one clear picture for the people who run the company. Who is on track, who is blocked, and what needs attention now. We did not automate this to replace human judgment. We did it to give human judgment better inputs, every single morning. And every one of those conversations builds something larger. A living memory of how the company actually works, the context that until now has lived only in people's heads. We are building the layer that lets a company understand itself, and that gives the AI inside every business the ground truth it needs to be useful.

What We Believe

Our Principles

Signal over noise. Leaders should act on what is really happening, not on what fits in a form. People first. The person being checked in on should get something back: their blockers cleared, their work seen. A tool the team resents is a tool that fails. Memory compounds. What a company learns should not leave when a person does. The longer you run, the more you should know.
